6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers, legal/regulatory authorities, and successors in case of transfer of app operations, subject to protections.

We use provider categories such as cloud hosting/database, identity/authentication, push delivery, crash/diagnostics, analytics, and support tooling. Providers are contractually restricted to authorized processing.

We may use analytics and diagnostics to improve quality. You can control certain tracking and notification behavior via app and device settings.

9. CCPA/CPRA Disclosures

We do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" link in-app because we do not sell personal information for monetary value or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as commonly defined under California law. If practices change, we will update this policy and required notices.

For Washington residents, where applicable, we treat baby-care logs and related wellness/health-adjacent data as consumer health data. We disclose categories, purposes, and sharing practices in this policy and obtain consent when required by law.

11. Children and COPPA Positioning

Kridly is intended for parents/caregivers and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental authorization. Caregiver-entered child-related data is processed to provide app functionality.

16. Disclosure for Legal Reasons

We may disclose data to comply with legal process, enforce rights, investigate abuse/fraud, or protect users/public.
